Are you a passionate and skilled 3D Rendering and BIM Modeling Specialist looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? As a key member of our remote team, you’ll transform design concepts and architectural data into stunning photo-realistic renderings and meticulously structured BIM models.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will:

• Develop detailed and captivating 3D models and photo-realistic renderings using Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using platforms like Revit or ArchiCAD, ensuring they align seamlessly with project specifications.
• Translate design briefs, architectural plans, and concept boards into high-quality visuals and data-rich models.
• Masterfully apply lighting, textures, and materials to achieve truly realistic and visually compelling results.
• Iterate on your work based on feedback, always striving for consistency and exceptional quality.
• Maintain organized project files, render assets, and comprehensive BIM documentation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in both 3D rendering and BIM modeling, supported by a portfolio that showcases realistic visuals and structured architectural models.
• Deep proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.
• Hands-on experience with BIM platforms such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software.
• A strong understanding of lighting principles, material properties, and architectural modeling best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
