Project Manager – AI Applications

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager – AI Applications to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions across various industries. This role blends project and product management with strategic pre-sales support and team leadership. We are looking for someone who can manage stakeholders, guide technical teams, and drive AI innovation from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, like planning, executing, and delivering AI/ML projects on time and within budget, using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.

– Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
– Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
– Gather and refine product requirements by engaging with stakeholders, users, and market trends.
– Define product roadmaps, MVPs, and KPIs for AI-based solutions.
– Partner with sales and business development teams to craft AI solution proposals and PoCs.
– Identify and manage risks, address blockers, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven team culture.

Required Skills:

– 3+ years of experience in project or product management within AI/ML, software development, or related technical domains.
– Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data pipelines.
– Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
– Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
– Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

– Client-facing experience in solutioning, consulting, or pre-sales roles.
– Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or MLOps tools and frameworks.
