The Team: Total Rewards America

Become an integral part of our Total Rewards America team, where you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing comprehensive rewards programs. This team is the heartbeat of our compensation and benefits strategy, driving alignment with global principles while catering to regional needs. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our employee experience through competitive compensation, robust benefits, and insightful market analysis.

The Role: Total Rewards Consultant – Americas

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Consultant to provide strategic support to GlobalLogic’s America region, while contributing to global compensation initiatives. You will:

  • Develop and Execute: Craft and implement total rewards strategies tailored for the Americas, aligning with overarching organizational objectives.
  • Manage Annual Compensation Reviews: Oversee the annual compensation review process, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs in select countries, keeping abreast of industry trends and ensuring competitiveness.
  • Administer Variable Pay Programs: Manage variable pay programs across the Americas, maintaining consistency and alignment.
  • Drive M&A Integration: Play a pivotal role in integrating compensation and benefits programs during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Review Salary Actions: Evaluate Salary Action Requests, ensuring alignment with global compensation structures and internal equity.
  • Generate Data-Driven Insights: Coordinate survey data submissions and generate system reports for continuous analysis and process improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a results-oriented professional with a passion for creating impactful total rewards programs. Ideally, you’ll possess:

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective total rewards strategies.
  • Regional Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Americas region’s labor market, regulatory landscape, and competitive trends.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau, with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English proficiency for effective business communication.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in the high-tech industry is a plus.
