What You’ll Do as an FP&A Associate

As an FP&A Associate at Abacum, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our clients transform their financial processes. You will:

• Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform.
• Develop and implement best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients, empowering them to become Abacum experts.
• Provide insightful ad-hoc financial analysis to inform critical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a driven and analytical individual with:

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or consulting.
• A strong ability to analyze data, think critically, and deliver exceptional results.
• A passion for working directly with clients and communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in conducting analysis and problem-solving using Excel.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently solve problems while considering the needs of all stakeholders.
• A strong eagerness to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.
