Do you excel at managing CRM systems, crafting compelling content, and driving successful outreach campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our rapidly expanding real estate investment and construction firm as a CRM & Marketing Assistant.

What You’ll Do

As our CRM & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our content, marketing, and CRM operations. You’ll be responsible for:

  • CRM Management: Maintaining and updating our CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient lead management.
  • Email Marketing: Drafting engaging email content for lead generation, investor outreach, and property owner communication.
  • Outreach Support: Assisting with outreach efforts through email campaigns, direct mail, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Developing simple branded graphics, flyers, and short-form videos to promote listings and generate leads.
  • Copywriting: Writing clear and concise copy for various marketing assets, including email blasts, social media posts, and pitch decks.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating with contractors and partners to gather photos, footage, and updates for content creation.
  • Community Engagement: Supporting inbound responses and email follow-ups to engage with prospective property sellers and borrowers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as email open rates, lead conversions, and CRM activity to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Reporting: Organizing data and providing weekly reports on outreach success to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic Input: Collaborating with the founder on improving list segmentation and messaging strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Working closely with sales, construction, and real estate teams to align messaging and support their efforts.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assisting in preparing materials for meetings, property tours, and investor updates.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual who:

  • Has 2–3 years of experience in real estate, lending, or digital marketing support.
  • Is proficient in using tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar for visual content creation.
  • Possesses strong English writing and communication skills, particularly for emails and prospect messaging.
  • Is familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Is comfortable with light graphic design and short-form video editing for property and outreach content.
  • Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Is available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Bonus Points

The following experience would be a plus:

  • Experience in hard money lending or real estate investing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or property listing platforms.
  • A portfolio of emails, flyers, or marketing content showcasing your skills.
