A Day in the Life: Solving, Supporting, and Innovating
Your typical day will involve:
- Providing prompt and effective customer support via various channels (chat, email, Slack, video – 24/7).
- Delivering clear and helpful solutions by troubleshooting API integrations, cloud infrastructure issues, and other technical challenges.
- Proactively identifying emerging trends, escalating critical feedback to the product team, and improving our knowledge base.
- Staying abreast of the latest product developments and security compliance standards.
- Swiftly recognizing and managing critical outages, collaborating closely with engineering and leadership.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for someone who possesses:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer or technical support.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and proven technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and API integrations. Familiarity with change management tools is a plus.
- A calm and empathetic demeanor, with a patient and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk (a bonus!).
