  • Own and maintain the group accounting manual and provide technical accounting advice on topics such as share-based payments, leases, revenue recognition, accounting policy changes, and provisions.
  • Maintain and develop the group risk and controls matrix and act as system admin for our compliance tool (FloQast).
  • Manage group treasury tasks, including monthly cash flow forecasting, FX rate risk strategies, intercompany funding, investments, and managing banking relationships (including finalizing implementation of our treasury management system (Kyriba) and acting as system administrator).
  • Oversee group corporation tax, indirect tax (VAT, GST, sales tax), transfer pricing, and withholding tax compliance in Germany, US, UK, and Singapore, and review group corporation tax provisions.
  • Lead and mentor three direct reports, fostering their professional growth and development.

What You Bring: Your Skills and Experience

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong IFRS knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles and experience with creating and implementing accounting policies.
  • Tax & Treasury expertise: A solid foundation in corporate tax management and treasury functions within an international context.
  • People leadership skills: Previous experience managing or formally mentoring direct reports, with a genuine interest in developing team members.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to confidently partner with senior leadership, auditors, advisors, and international teams.

Bonus Points: Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology or SaaS company.
  • Previous experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Kyriba, and FloQast.
