Market Intelligence Analyst: Drive Strategic Growth in LATAM

We’re seeking a dynamic Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in
shaping SGS’s strategic direction across Latin America. In this role, you’ll be the architect of our market
understanding, providing data-driven insights that fuel growth and enhance our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a Comprehensive Market View: Gather, structure, and enrich internal and external data to
    create a clear picture of the market landscape, segmented by country, business unit, and strategic segment.
  • Develop Actionable Dashboards: Create commercial intelligence and marketing dashboards to track
    key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, campaign ROI, conversions, market share, pipeline velocity,
    and key account coverage.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth and service
    premiumization in key sectors, anticipating buying signals and mapping public and private investment decisions.
  • Analyze Competitive Positioning: Evaluate SGS’s strategies and competitive positioning against
    the main players in the TIC industry and specialized technical services within each country.
  • Support New Offering Development: Collaborate with the Business Development CoE to design and
    validate new offerings, providing insights to optimize pricing and value propositions.
  • Present Market Intelligence: Actively participate in monthly commercial reviews and QBRs,
    presenting market intelligence that aligns with sales, margin, and market share expansion priorities.
  • Drive Corrective Actions: Apply attribution models and predictive analysis to identify deviations
    in the funnel or campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare Executive Reports: Create monthly executive reports and ad-hoc strategic briefs as
    requested by GMs, BUs, or the Commercial Direction.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Business
    Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Certification or advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Salesforce CRM, and
    analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL).
  • Advanced fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
