Are you a dynamic leader passionate about cultivating talent and driving organizational performance through impactful learning solutions? We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Learning Enablement to lead and inspire a team of seasoned Senior Learning Consultants. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape learning strategies, cultivate client relationships, and ensure the delivery of programs that directly contribute to measurable business results.
Your Impact:
As a Senior Manager, you will wear two hats: a visionary people leader and a strategic partner to the business. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Learning Consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction, guidance, and actionable feedback to ensure the team delivers impactful, business-aligned solutions.
- Resource Management: Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and project assignments across multiple lines of business.
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, diagnosing performance gaps and recommending targeted learning interventions.
- Solution Alignment: Ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals, scalable across business units, and designed for long-term impact.
- Innovation Champion: Champion the use of design thinking, 5Di, and other modern learning methodologies to foster innovation.
- Client Management: Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring expectations are managed and results delivered.
- Proactive Enablement: Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs and proactively design enablement strategies.
What You Bring to the Table:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Management Skills: Proven experience managing senior-level consultants or equivalent client-facing roles.
- Performance Consulting Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in performance consulting, needs analysis, and development of learning strategies.
- Project Management Prowess: Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact.
- Instructional Design Acumen: Deep knowledge of modern instructional design, human-centered design, and adult learning principles.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with executive presence.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with competing priorities.
Work Environment & Compensation
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US.
The expected pay range for this remote position across the U.S is $120K- 150,000K. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
