Seeking a Strategic Senior Debt Sales Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Debt Sales Program Manager to lead our debt sales program and cultivate strong relationships with external debt buyers. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to shape our financial strategy and contribute to the growth of a company poised to revolutionize consumer credit access.

As our Senior Debt Sales Program Manager, you will have a direct impact on our financial performance and long-term growth. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of debt market dynamics to execute sales, build lasting partnerships, and optimize our debt sales strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Relationship Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with existing debt buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs) by all parties.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate the delivery of obligations and responsibilities under PSAs, acting as a liaison between buyers and Mission Lane.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues and needs related to sales, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Post-Sale Support: Manage post-sale support obligations, including tracking obligations, forecasting volumes, and coordinating Mission Lane resources.
  • Debt Sales Expertise: Handle putbacks, recalls, direct payments, balance adjustments, and resolve disputes related to sold accounts.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Plan and forecast bulk sales and forward flow sales expectations to meet Mission Lane’s strategic goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market dynamics, key buyers, pricing trends, and industry standards.
  • Sales Execution: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, manage the bid process, and execute debt sales successfully.
  • Legal Collaboration: Work with our legal team to negotiate PSAs and finalize business terms.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience managing relationships with external partners in a program management role.
  • Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Debt Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of debt market dynamics, including key buyers, pricing, and industry terminology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (legal, finance, operations).
  • Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate complex processes, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of debt sales.
  • Legal Acumen: Familiarity with Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs) and a track record of ensuring compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary range of $146,000 – $178,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide participation in our annual incentive program, equity opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes:
