The Opportunity: DeFi Analyst and Educator

As a DeFi Analyst and Educator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the DeFi knowledge of our community. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with our Director of Education, Product Manager, and other experienced analysts and mentors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading 10+ hours of live sessions per week, teaching DeFi concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
• Providing support and tracking the success of approximately 400 students every 6 months.
• Explaining complex DeFi and crypto concepts in an easy-to-understand manner (ELI5).
• Creating research reports on various crypto projects.
• Sharing your insights on DeFi and crypto projects with our community.
• Writing two short articles per week about DeFi trends, tools, projects, and ecosystems.
• Creating video content and Loom recordings on various DeFi topics.
• Performing trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities.

• Ability to work within the EST time zone.
• Experience leading educational initiatives and programs.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong presence and engagement within the DeFi community and social media.
• Active user of DeFi protocols and platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Extreme open-mindedness and a continuous learning mindset.
