• Solid foundation in SQL and database principles.
• Familiarity with software development best practices like SOLID and KISS principles, and common design patterns.
• Understanding of multi-threaded processing, thread synchronization, and transactions.
• Experience working with high-load, 24/7 available systems.
• Exposure to message queue technologies like RabbitMQ or similar.
• Experience with distributed systems architectures.
• Proficiency in MSSQL/PostgreSQL with a knack for database optimization.
• Bonus points for basic knowledge of Java and WPF.
• Familiarity with development tools like Git, Confluence, and Jira.
