As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales process, managing the end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) process and maintaining the integrity of our sales data. You’ll be instrumental in helping our sales team generate accurate quotes, process purchase orders, and issue invoices, all while keeping our CRM system meticulously up-to-date.

Responsibilities That Drive Success

Here’s a glimpse into the exciting responsibilities awaiting you:

  • Orchestrate the full CPQ process, from initial quote generation to final invoicing, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Meticulously enter, update, and maintain accurate records within our CPQ tool and CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Guarantee that all quotes and documentation are accurate, delivered promptly, and fully aligned with established sales processes.
  • Proactively identify and implement process workarounds when necessary, minimizing disruption to sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing essential operational support to drive deal progression.
  • Leverage the power of Microsoft Excel for comprehensive reporting, data validation, and general support of various sales-related activities.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential!).
  • Familiarity with:
    • CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
    • CPQ tools, such as MobileForce.
    • Accounting software, like QuickBooks.
    • While experience with these specific tools is highly valued, it’s not mandatory! We provide comprehensive training on all our systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
  • The ability to adhere to structured sales processes while remaining adaptable to unique circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently within a remote setting.
