Deployment Strategist: Empowering Financial Institutions with Cutting-Edge Blockchain Solutions

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Deployment Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with financial institutions, acting as a trusted advisor to help them integrate our platform into their compliance and investigative frameworks. You will enable them to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions for risk management and compliance. You’ll deliver targeted product training, address complex inquiries, ensure regulatory alignment, facilitate feedback, and enable reference-ability within the industry.

Your Impact as a Deployment Strategist:

• Act as a trusted advisor, empowering financial institutions to leverage our platform for compliance, risk, and investigations.
• Clearly explain complex technical and investigative concepts, assisting customer teams in interpreting blockchain data and conducting financial crime investigations.
• Craft and deliver product demonstrations tailored to compliance officers, investigators, and risk teams.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure seamless integration of the platform into customers’ compliance programs.
• Be the “Voice of the Customer,” channeling feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future product development.
• Monitor customer engagement and usage trends, identifying opportunities to drive measurable outcomes and mitigate potential risks.
• Proactively identify early signs of churn risk and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Establish a consistent engagement cadence with customer stakeholders to understand their priorities, regulatory obligations, and emerging risks, proactively addressing challenges before they escalate.

What We’re Looking For in a Deployment Strategist:

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably within the private sector (e.g., financial services, fintech, banking).
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics, ideally in a compliance or investigative setting. A strong desire to deepen your expertise in these areas is crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize critical issues, and deliver actionable solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and rigor, particularly in regulatory and investigative contexts.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex technical and investigative concepts to diverse audiences, from compliance officers to senior executives.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments where regulatory expectations and priorities evolve rapidly.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated Compensation: $128,000 – $148,000 base + variable and equity

About the Customer Success Team:

Our Customer Success Team is a fully remote, globally distributed team, leveraging asynchronous communication and collaboration through Slack channels and comprehensive documentation. We prioritize providing support, driving value, and building meaningful relationships with our customers as trusted advisors. We are on the front lines of TRM, ensuring our customers get the most out of the product and bringing valuable insights back to the team.

Experience TRM Speed in this Role:

• Rapid Client Alerts: Draft and send client alerts about new sanctions and tool updates within hours.
• Expedited Trace Validation: Validate client traces and gather intelligence on VASPs within hours, coordinating with internal teams to expedite investigations and support law enforcement swiftly.
• 24-Hour Client Support: Respond to urgent client inquiries, from trace validations to intelligence gathering, as quickly as possible to ensure fast and effective support.
