Your Impact as a Quantitative Researcher

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our quant business line. This is your chance to join us at a key inflection point and help drive innovation and growth. You will:

• Develop and refine systematic strategies utilizing alternative datasets to generate predictive insights and enhance investment decision-making.
• Explore and evaluate vast datasets to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and statistical signals that improve model accuracy.
• Design and backtest models to validate their predictive value and ensure robustness across diverse market conditions.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready quantitative products.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and process development of the quantitative research team.

Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for individuals who possess:

• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Financial Engineering).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience (minimum 3 years) at a buy-side or sell-side firm.
• A strong foundation in statistical modeling, econometrics, and/or machine learning methods.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or similar tools for quantitative research.
• Experience working with financial and/or alternative data to generate investment insights.
• A deep curiosity about financial markets and a passion for data-driven investing.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The annual compensation for this position is anticipated to be $250,000 base salary, $50,000 – $100,000 variable bonus, and equity. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States.
