Key Responsibilities: Implementation Project Lead

As an Implementation Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and owning end-to-end implementation projects, from initial customer engagement to successful project delivery.
• Facilitating customer-facing meetings to provide project status updates, demonstrate platform functionality, and foster strong client relationships.
• Ensuring unrivaled customer service and retention by proactively managing issues and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure all legal, financial, and technical requirements are met.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with partners to deliver a high-quality, aligned service proposition.
• Performing UAT testing of customer releases to ensure product quality.
• Gathering and documenting customer enhancement requests to improve the platform and service.

What We’re Looking For: Your Expertise

We are seeking candidates with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and delivery of change and technology transformation within the financial sector, with a focus on regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Experience with Risk and Compliance based implementation projects.
• A strong understanding of large-scale program delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall). SCRUM qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of digital transformation and the ability to convey key concepts and principles to both team members and clients at various levels of seniority.
• The ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of how to operationalize new operating models, technologies, and processes within the financial services sector.
• Prior experience working in consulting firms and/or technology vendors within financial services is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations (e.g., MIFID II, FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, CSDR) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for building and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to take full accountability for delivery.
• A proven track record of collaboration across diverse teams, including international and offshore teams.
• A high level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Intellectual agility to rapidly understand complex problems, apply critical thinking, and translate these into workable solutions.
