We’re seeking a passionate and experienced individual with a proven track record of developing successful awareness, growth, and engagement strategies targeting consumers. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, be entrepreneurial, proactive, and a skilled problem-solver.
You will be responsible for the regional market insights and research requirements, crafting coordinated marketing plans based on data-driven hypotheses. Working closely with Product Marketing, Activations, Creative, Communications, and Brand teams, you will deliver impactful campaigns across owned and paid channels. Analyzing program results and providing actionable recommendations, in partnership with Marketing Analytics and channel leaders, will be key to your success.
What You’ll Do: Drive Growth and Engagement in the German Market
- Partner with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing to develop campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive awareness, consideration, and usage of Mozilla consumer product offerings in Germany.
- Cultivate strong thought leadership and understanding of the Regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends.
- Collaborate with Activations, Brand, and Comms teams to develop impactful coordinated channel mix strategies for campaigns and programs.
- Utilize deep customer and product knowledge, informing decisions through market research in collaboration with the Marketing Insights team.
- Collaborate with Global Product Marketing to ensure product market fit and clear product positioning, leveraging these insights to develop nuanced regional marketing growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing to set program goals and measure success.
- Track campaign performance, document regional insights and takeaways, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization.
- Manage programs effectively, ensuring end-to-end execution of all assigned projects.
What You’ll Bring: Skills and Experience for Success
- 8+ years of in-depth experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy.
- A strong portfolio of product growth and/or launch experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies.
- Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid) channel mix approaches that drive user acquisition, consideration, product usage, and advocacy.
- Strong grasp of quantitative test designs.
- A drive to balance creative excellence with high quantitative performance.
- Understanding of user journey mapping.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead through influence.
- A self-starter with a bias for action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures.
- Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
