The Opportunity: Partnership Manager – South Asia
As a Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and managing strategic partnerships across South Asia, driving business growth and establishing Exinity’s brand in the local market. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive profitable growth in the South Asia region.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
- Identify and report on emerging business opportunities to expand Exinity’s market share.
- Proactively source, approach, and communicate with potential partners to build a strong network.
- Conduct business trips to meet with partners, present Exinity’s products and services, and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain a robust network of lead sources to identify promising partnership opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A transferable book of business within the South Asia region is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience within the financial markets in South Asia.
- A “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Excellent understanding of the financial market and brokerage business dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape and relevant policies within South Asia.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive work attitude, strong dedication, and a commitment to achieving results.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
