The Opportunity: Lead Software Engineering Teams to Success

As a Software Engineering Leader at Machinify, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape our technological vision, mentor talented engineers, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that directly impact the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software engineering teams, fostering an Agile and Scrum-based environment.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software, proactively monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational needs and prioritize technology solutions.
• Champion business process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Utilize retrospective analysis to continuously improve team performance and delivery velocity.
• Cultivate self-sufficient Agile teams, providing targeted growth plans for individual development.
• Conduct code reviews to assess team performance and ensure high-quality code.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing high-performing technology teams.
• Deep understanding of software development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptability and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

What Success Looks Like:

Within 3 Months: Develop a strong understanding of the role and build productive collaborative relationships. Master effective time and priority management. Actively apply feedback to improve performance and build confidence.

Within 1 Year: Demonstrate mastery of role responsibilities with consistent execution. Build a strong internal network and become a trusted collaborator. Take on increased responsibilities and identify growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $125,000 – $150,000 (Compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, and location.)
