Key Responsibilities: Be a People Champion
As our HR Manager, you will:
- Craft and execute strategic HR initiatives that directly support our business goals.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial planning to successful onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Spearhead performance management programs, helping employees set meaningful goals and fostering their career development.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that empower employees, enhance leadership skills, and promote organizational growth.
- Guarantee full compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and ethical workplace.
- Champion employee engagement activities that strengthen our vibrant company culture and drive retention.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide valuable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Lead key HR projects, including diversity & inclusion initiatives and digital HR transformation.
What You’ll Bring to the Table: Qualifications
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus!).
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep expertise in HR best practices and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Vietnamese labor regulations is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of successfully managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
