About the Role: Business Intelligence & Strategic Insights
As a trusted advisor and strategic leader, you’ll be instrumental in helping our client transform their BPO operations into a true strategic business partner. You will:
- Drive data-driven decision-making by designing, managing, and validating sales performance reports, campaign dashboards, and customer insights.
- Develop innovative data collection strategies to gather valuable customer insights from daily operations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the client’s leadership team, implementing process improvements that fuel sales growth.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to implement global BI processes, tools, and metrics across the European sales region.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.
- Stay ahead of the curve by applying predictive analytics, AI, and automation to enhance our BI capabilities.
Crafting Sales Strategy & Enhancing Client Engagement
In this role, you’ll be a key partner in defining and executing sales strategies that align with our client’s priorities. You will:
- Collaborate with European sales leaders to develop strategic and tactical growth plans.
- Set, maintain, and calibrate KPIs in partnership with internal stakeholders and the client.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify process gaps, and work collaboratively with Sales Operations, ICT, Quality, and Training teams to drive improvements.
- Represent WorkNomads in regular client reviews, providing valuable insights and updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Workforce Management (WFM) and Recruitment, to align resource planning with sales and operational objectives.
Championing Transformation & Process Excellence
Be a driving force for innovation and efficiency within our BPO operations. You will:
- Lead transformation initiatives focused on streamlining processes, optimizing costs, and enhancing overall performance.
- Drive digital innovation and process automation to improve sales and support functions.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery aligns with broader business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and creative problem-solving through coaching and mentorship.
Leadership & Operational Oversight
As a leader, you’ll be responsible for the success of your team and the achievement of strategic outcomes. You will:
- Oversee a diverse team of operations managers, team leads, WFM specialists, and subject matter experts.
- Take ownership of team performance and ensure strategic goals are met.
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved while optimizing operational costs.
- Develop and manage incentive structures to motivate and drive performance.
- Track attrition, implement early-warning systems, and conduct regular team audits.
- Cultivate a mindset of flexibility and adaptability to navigate business and process changes efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success and a passion for innovation. Ideally you’ll have:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Strategy, or Process Excellence, preferably in the BPO/fintech sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse and cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of BPO operations, including Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Proven expertise with Salesforce; knowledge of Genesys Cloud & Odoo is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerBI (or other analytical tool kits, such as Tableau and SPSS).
- Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, and AI applications.
- A working understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to articulate business requirements for innovations and software solutions.
- A resilient and flexible mindset with the ability to thrive under client and time pressure.
- Strong financial acumen and a good understanding of key financial metrics and indicators.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to dive deep into complex challenges.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or another field with a strong focus on analytics & data analytics (Master’s preferred).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel to the client location and WN LAB Hotel in Sofia on a regular basis (min 1 week per month).
