The Role: Digital Insurance Project Manager

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful implementation of projects using our no-code insurance platform. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet their unique needs and drive business value. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead project planning sessions, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to solution proposals, PoCs, and contract development.
• Manage project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing complex projects.
• A solid understanding of the insurance domain and its challenges.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in French is highly desirable.
• Bonus points for a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
