About the Role

As a Remote Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our sporting events and shows. You’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing event details, and collaborating with various teams to achieve our goals. This role also requires travel to event sites as needed to assist the Operations team in on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations and logistics for diverse sporting events and shows.
• Travel to remote sites to support the Operations Team with on-site logistics management.
• Collaborate with crew personnel, production, and technical teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of departmental operations through training and observation.
• Familiarize yourself with the roles and responsibilities of other team members.
• Manage all aspects of events effectively, including:
  • Event show coding in collaboration with Program Finance for accuracy.
  • Creating and maintaining event schedules, accreditation lists, and hotel accommodations.
  • Placing orders for equipment, services, and supplies from internal partners and external vendors.
  • Processing, submitting, and tracking vendor invoices.
  • Completing timely reconciliation of company credit cards (Travel & Procurement).
  • Securing local runner and utility hires through approved third-party payroll companies.
  • Ensuring proper completion of corporate paperwork for new hires and vendors, guiding it through the payment system.
  • Coordinating event in-bound/outbound shipping.
  • Working closely with crewing, mobile unit, resource, and production teams for seamless event execution.
  • Addressing and resolving issues during event planning and execution to maintain smooth operations.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on event logistics and football operations management.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range for this remote position is $53,000 to $71,300 per year, reflecting geographic variations. Actual base pay will depend on internal equity, location, job-related skills, and experience. The compensation package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, along with comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits, based on the position level.
