What You’ll Do: Leading the Digital Software Experience
As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, driving the strategy and execution of our subscription software purchasing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketplace Strategy & Growth: Optimize the end-to-end buying journey, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with leading vendors like Adobe and Microsoft to expand offerings and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
- Customer Engagement & Support: Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience with our digital marketplace.
- Technical & Data Integration: Partner with IT to ensure accurate data synchronization, scalable ordering flows, and a consistent buying experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to align on goals and drive marketplace success.
Own the Digital Buying Experience: You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless journey from discovery to purchase, while driving adoption, satisfaction, and revenue attainment through our digital channels, particularly our self-serve experience (My Softchoice).
What You’ll Bring: Your Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong digital commerce background, a deep understanding of the subscription-based software landscape, and the following qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in digital commerce, SaaS marketplaces, or subscription management.
- Proven experience in digital product management, including defining requirements, writing user stories, and delivering roadmap initiatives.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with technical integrations, particularly SAP and digital commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with AppDirect or similar subscription commerce platforms (a major plus!).
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
