Job Title: Restaurant Success Specialist (Remote) – Menufy by HungerRush

HungerRush is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Success Specialist to join our team and help our restaurant partners maximize their success with Menufy by HungerRush. As a Restaurant Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our highest volume restaurant partners achieve their goals by providing regular reviews, offering optimization strategies, and fostering long-term loyalty. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and make a real impact on the success of restaurants across the country.
Responsibilities: Your Mission
As a Restaurant Success Specialist, you will:
- Assess and Consult: Understand each customer’s unique needs, share your product knowledge, and act as their consultant regarding available options.
- Drive Retention: Develop and implement customer retention strategies focused on boosting loyalty and securing ongoing business.
- Optimize Online Presence: Help our customers’ businesses recover, optimize, maintain, and protect their online information on major search engines and Google Business Profiles.
- Provide Support: Interface with other organizations like Google Support to assist with our customers’ needs.
- Conduct Performance Briefings: Schedule and lead regular performance reviews with customers, proactively identifying solutions to potential inquiries.
- Stay Informed: Maintain an expert-level understanding of our competitors and the broader industry landscape.
- Optimize Business Settings: Review and modify customer’s business settings as needed to optimize their success.
- Customer Outreach: Proactively engage with customers to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications: What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of industry or related experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of exceptional customer service experience required.
- 1+ years of restaurant experience is a strong plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
