Key Responsibilities: Fueling Our Expansion
- Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets in your assigned territories through strategic direct sales efforts and cultivating strong partnerships with benefits brokers.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Broker Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with benefits brokers, ensuring NordProtect is a key component of their client offerings.
- Brand Representation: Represent NordProtect with passion and professionalism at industry conferences, broker events, and client engagements, enhancing our brand visibility and credibility.
- Executive Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging industry trends to inform our go-to-market strategies and contribute to product innovation.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline visibility for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing on region-specific campaigns and collaborate with customer success to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new clients.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous process improvement.
- Industry Leadership: Stay informed about employee benefits regulations, market trends, and competitive solutions, positioning NordProtect as a trusted leader in the identity theft protection space.
Core Requirements: What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Experience: 7โ10+ years of B2B or B2B2C sales experience within SaaS, HR technology, or employee benefits, showcasing a consistent record of success with enterprise sales methodologies.
- Sales Excellence: A history of consistently exceeding sales quotas and contributing significantly to revenue growth.
- Hands-On Expertise: Proficient in account planning, territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Sales Methodology Familiarity: Experience with enterprise sales approaches such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design and execute sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, and integration requirements.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building strong networks and long-term client partnerships.
- Negotiation Prowess: Expertise in contract negotiations and complex deal structuring, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong initiative, commitment to results, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
