Your Impact as a Graphic Artist at GoFasti:

• Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for apparel, headwear, and promotional materials based on client briefs.
• Prepare production-ready art, including color separations for screen printing, artwork for sublimation, clean PNGs for DTF, and embroidery-appropriate designs.
• Create detailed mockups and tech packs with clear placements, sizing, and callouts for internal production and offshore vendors.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors via Zoom/email to ensure feasibility, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate project status proactively.
• Develop speculative concepts and engaging social/marketing graphics during periods of lighter production workload.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer specializing in apparel, headwear, or promotional products.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in apparel/merch graphics and at least two of the following: screen-print separations, sublimation layouts, embroidery-aware designs (especially caps), or DTF artwork.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for apparel production workflows.
• A solid understanding of spot colors/Pantone, vector vs. raster graphics, halftones, trapping, and file version control.
• Proven ability to translate creative ideas into factory-ready deliverables and effectively troubleshoot production constraints.
• Excellent English communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work remotely independently.
• Experience in outdoor/hunting or motorsports aesthetics, cross-time-zone vendor coordination, basic marketing design, or CorelDRAW/embroidery digitizing experience is a plus.

Compensation and Opportunity:

We offer a competitive salary range of $400 – $900 USD per month (Part-time, 20 hours/week), commensurate with your experience and skillset. This is an independent contractor position through a payroll platform, offering the flexibility to work remotely.
