What You’ll Do:

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting both Account and Project Management. Your responsibilities will span across client communication, project coordination, and administrative support, giving you invaluable experience in the world of marketing and advertising. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
• Project Coordination: Support Project Managers in organizing teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. You’ll be hands-on with project management tools like ClickUp and Instagantt.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage client files in Google Drive, prepare documentation, and support contract negotiations.
• Financial Tracking: Serve as a key point of contact between our finance team and our clients, tracking payments and assisting with invoice creation.
• Pitch & Presentation Support: Contribute to client pitches and brainstorming sessions, bringing your creative ideas to the table.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in advertising, digital marketing, and technology.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic agency.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• (Bonus!) Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.

Experience Level

This is an excellent opportunity for a student currently enrolled in college, looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic marketing environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of Php 20,000 – 23,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
