You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing directly to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute project plans for organizational change, communication, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Design and implement impactful internal communications for change management, culture transformation, and technology adoption.
  • Craft compelling presentations, roadmaps, and reports that translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights.
  • Support workforce planning, job mapping, and development of comprehensive capability frameworks.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and documentation workflows to ensure project consistency and clarity.
  • Provide analytical support and conduct research to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with U.S. standards for tone, style, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with senior consultants and project leads.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting client priorities and urgent deliverables.

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent English proficiency (C2 or native) with exceptional writing and document structuring skills at an executive level.
  • Availability for occasional travel to the U.S. and possession of an American Visa.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, internal communications, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in change management and organizational communications, particularly in sensitive contexts.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive, self-directed work ethic.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based or multinational organizations (a plus).
  • Familiarity with consulting models or agile methodologies (a bonus).

What We Offer

  • A remote-first culture that empowers autonomy and ownership.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • The opportunity to contribute to meaningful, transformative work across a diverse range of industries.
