What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager focused on our Digital Guidebook and Upsells product lines, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting seamless and engaging guest experiences that drive additional revenue. You’ll work closely with our Guest Experience team, known for creating some of Breezeway’s most successful and engaging products.

  • Shape the Future: Contribute to building and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing tasks and projects to deliver maximum impact.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks across multiple teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Lead the Way: Lead complex projects and initiatives, delivering top-notch results from both a creative and technical perspective.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Continuously drive customer value through well-defined features and improvements.
  • Define and Communicate: Create thorough product requirements through detailed documentation, including problem statements, customer insights, and user stories.
  • Collaborate and Plan: Partner with engineers, designers, and other team members to effectively plan and lead development sprints.
  • Uncover Opportunities: Identify and assess opportunities through client and stakeholder feedback, contributing to company-wide success.
  • Iterate and Deliver: Distill product vision into actionable milestones, consistently delivering value to our customers.
  • Refine and Optimize: Help refine squad-level and cross-team processes, organization, and communication strategies to drive strong collaboration and value-driven output.
  • Empower Users: Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation to develop training materials and other product-focused education.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape through market research, influencing our strategy and prioritization.
  • Voice of the User: Maintain a strong understanding of user needs through interviews, relationships with engaged customers, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of team initiatives on key KPIs.
  • Champion Our Values: Foster a culture of impact and performance, ensuring your team and the wider Product team are empowered to succeed.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager who embodies the following:

  • Experienced: 4+ years of experience driving product management, with startup experience as a plus.
  • Industry Savvy: 2+ years of experience in B2B2C SaaS or B2C.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in building and navigating large, technical, interconnected systems.
  • Roadmap Management: Experience in managing multiple product roadmaps to prioritize and align efforts.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills and superior ability to use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Strategic Thinker: You set strategic direction and outline present and future product initiatives.
  • Customer-Focused: You care deeply about delighting end-users and creating engaging experiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: You love rolling up your sleeves to execute all the small details that drive towards the larger strategic vision, one day at a time.
  • Proactive: You are clear and candid on what you need to be successful and you take initiative to achieve that success.
