Your Mission: Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense for our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption. You will:

• Resolve and Escalate: Tackle system incidents effectively, escalating when necessary and meticulously tracking progress to meet defined Service Levels.
• Analyze and Investigate: Proactively monitor alerts, warnings, and errors from our corporate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Maintain Infrastructure: Perform essential operational tasks related to our corporate IT infrastructure, including Remote Infrastructure Management.
• Collaborate and Share: Work closely with other support teams across the organization, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to Knowledge: Develop and maintain our Knowledge Base, ensuring valuable information is readily available to the team.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a motivated individual with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in IT operational support.
• Strong technical foundation in Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and Storage.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Bonus Points: Experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus!).
