RYZ Labs is seeking a talented and driven Sr. Data Marketing Analyst/Scientist to join the team of one of our exciting clients. This innovative longevity company, founded by four visionary female PhDs, is revolutionizing the skincare industry with topical products designed to combat the root causes of skin aging and promote youthful vitality.

Your Mission:

As a key member of the team, you’ll leverage your analytical prowess to unlock actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions across various departments, including finance, growth marketing, and e-commerce. You’ll be instrumental in optimizing marketing strategies, enhancing product performance, and contributing to the overall success of this groundbreaking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop insightful reporting dashboards and analytical tools that empower stakeholders to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meticulously monitor product and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the growth team to design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, geo-lift studies, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and optimize campaign performance.
• Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making at all levels.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A strong understanding of key growth KPIs, including incrementality, attribution, return on ad spend (ROAS), and product mix analysis.
• Proven ability to partner on testing and measurement strategy, forecasting, and modeling initiatives.
• Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Looker (or similar BI tools).
• Familiarity and proficiency with Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing automation.
• Familiarity and proficiency with the Shopify e-commerce platform.
