About the Opportunity: Lead Technology Go-To-Market Strategies
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our newly formed PMO office, reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this critical role, you will drive the success of technology Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, playing a key part in growing and scaling our business. You’ll focus on programs related to launching new and expanding existing technology offerings.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven program leader with direct experience driving technology GTM initiatives, a strong track record of successful project delivery, and exceptional leadership skills.
What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the company.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, metrics, and accountability measures to ensure projects are on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders from departments such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to foster alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure accountability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to secure appropriate resourcing for initiatives.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and decision points to executive stakeholders, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
- Implement structured frameworks for effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify interdependencies between initiatives and mitigate potential execution risks.
- Contribute to the development of PMO tools, templates, and best practices to promote consistency across the PMO function.
What You’ll Bring: Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or management consulting.
- A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, with demonstrable results.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize information and provide clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Executive presence and the ability to lead and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences.
- A demonstrated ability to “own the whitespace,” taking initiative, operating independently, and delivering results.
- Knowledge of private markets SaaS and fund administration is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits: Invested in Your Success
Juniper Square offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, bonus potential, equity, and a variety of benefits.
Base Salary Ranges:
- US: $125,000 – $165,000 USD
- Canada: $105,000 – $145,000 CAD
Actual base salaries will be determined based on candidate-specific factors such as experience, skillset, and location, as well as any applicable local minimum pay requirements.
