What You’ll Do:

As a Claims Program Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving impactful change within our claims organization. You will:

• Lead the charge: Drive the execution of critical claims initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching Claims Strategy.
• Define the roadmap: Develop comprehensive scope statements, meticulously outlining project requirements, desired outcomes, key deliverables, and realistic timelines.
• Plan for success: Create detailed project plans and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage expectations: Define clear success criteria, actively manage stakeholder expectations, and keep everyone on the same page.
• Resource allocation: Identify, secure, and effectively manage the necessary resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Steer the ship: Establish and lead governance bodies for each project, providing guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate and align: Work closely with project sponsors, leads, and stakeholders across Allstate to ensure alignment and maintain project momentum.
• Mitigate risks: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation plans to ensure project success.
