About This Exciting Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a vital link between our company and our customers, addressing their concerns regarding airbag recalls, warranties, and other technical issues. Whether you prefer working remotely or on-site at our Chino, CA location, you’ll be part of a supportive team committed to providing exceptional service. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the automotive and customer service fields. Shifts are available Monday-Friday between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 30-40 inbound calls per shift, providing empathetic and professional customer support.
• Schedule appointments for airbag recall services, ensuring customers have convenient access to authorized dealerships.
• Address customer inquiries related to warranties, radio codes, and specific recall details, providing clear and concise information.
• Meticulously document customer concerns and create detailed support cases for efficient issue resolution.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance.
• Collaborate with fellow team members, sharing insights and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Utilize multiple computer screens and software tools to seamlessly manage customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service and/or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems and typing at least 30 words per minute.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively solve problems.
• A collaborative spirit, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or a dealership setting is a significant advantage (but not mandatory).
• A college degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience is equally valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $20.50.
