Vice President of Product Management, ITSM: Shape the Future of IT Service Delivery

Ivanti is seeking an exceptional and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead our ITSM pillar. In this pivotal role, you will define the future of Ivanti’s ITSM solutions, driving innovation, ensuring market relevance, and maximizing customer value. As a strategic leader, you will inspire cross-functional teams and influence the direction of our ITSM offerings in the rapidly evolving landscape of the digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap: Define and champion the strategic roadmap for Ivanti’s ITSM product suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver market-leading ITSM solutions.
• Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and guide strategic product positioning.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and champion customer-centric innovation.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive go-to-market strategies and enable the sales team for the ITSM product line.
• Exceptional Experiences: Ensure products are compliant with relevant standards and regulations and consistently deliver exceptional service management experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to ITSM or enterprise IT solutions.
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience, preferably managing product teams in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• ITSM Expertise: Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Product Launch Success: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling ITSM products.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Desirable Skills: Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable.
• Influence: Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
