Join Our Enterprise Sales Team as a Key Account Executive!

Are you a passionate and driven sales professional ready to make a significant impact? We’re seeking a talented Key Account Executive to join our Enterprise sales team and drive growth within the North American market. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping both new and existing clients achieve their business objectives through our innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key players in your assigned market, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop a robust pipeline from the ground up, converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships (hunter mentality), while also expanding our footprint within existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling (farmer approach).
  • Become a Solution Expert: Deeply understand our portfolio of solutions and how they address our client’s unique challenges, identifying innovative use cases that unlock new value.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitive landscape, enabling you to provide informed insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Expand Our Client Base: Consistently increase the number of clients by building a healthy pipeline of qualified accounts, ensuring sustainable growth for the company.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 7-10 years of quota-carrying experience in the North American Enterprise market, with a focus on Fortune 500 companies.
  • SaaS Expertise: Direct experience in SaaS is essential, with CPaaS and CCaaS experience being highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of key verticals such as Healthcare, FinTech & BFSI, e-Commerce, Education, Customer Engagement SaaS, or MarTech.
  • Pipeline Management Skills: Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, effectively acquiring and managing key accounts.
  • B2B Sales Acumen: A successful track record in B2B sales, ideally within the Telecom or IT space.
  • Relationship Building Prowess: Strong consultative business relationship skills, with the ability to penetrate accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable and confident interacting with C-level executives.
  • Value-Based Selling Approach: Experience with value proposition development based on a deep discovery approach.
  • Proactive and Creative Mindset: A proactive and creative approach to understanding client and prospect needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present products and ideas.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated: A highly motivated self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A preference for a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and start-up-minded environment.
