• Presenting and selling a range of insurance policies tailored to individual client needs.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Guiding clients through policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
• Processing policy renewals and updates with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Assisting customers with the claims process, offering support and guidance.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
