Your Impact:
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees across multiple states. You’ll leverage your expertise and Deltek Costpoint proficiency to contribute to a smooth and efficient payroll operation.
- Process accurate and timely multi-state payroll in compliance with all regulations.
- Manage comprehensive payroll activities, including wage calculations, deductions, garnishments, and new hire/termination processing.
- Respond to and resolve complex payroll inquiries from employees.
- Ensure accurate posting of payroll to general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain data integrity for employee information and benefits.
- Research and resolve internal and external payroll-related issues and audit inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Reconcile quarterly and annual state and federal tax reports accurately and timely.
- Balance payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to month-end closing payroll account reconciliations.
- Actively support the advancement of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-state payroll processing (ideally 10-50 states).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint payroll software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
