Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence

Are you a highly analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager passionate about competitive intelligence? Cresta is seeking a talented individual to drive our competitive strategy across our suite of Contact Center AI products. In this role, you will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence, and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive the go-to-market success of the Cresta platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and continuous improvement of competitive positioning and messaging in a dynamic market.
  • Analyze competitors across product areas, proactively gathering intelligence to identify opportunities, anticipate threats, and guide competitive differentiation.
  • Create compelling sales and marketing materials that clearly articulate Cresta’s unique value proposition.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to build and execute effective competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Develop competitive perspectives and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns that drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in competitive intelligence, market research, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to research, validate, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Experience creating reports, briefs, or presentations that inform business or go-to-market decisions.
  • Highly curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • AI-native mindset: Fluency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for research, analysis, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to competitive intelligence, familiarity with CI tools like Klue.
  • Experience in software categories related to contact centers and customer experience.
  • Domain knowledge of large language models and applications of AI in the enterprise.

Compensation at Cresta

Cresta believes in recognizing impact, rewarding excellence, and investing in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and individual contributions. This role has a base salary range of $120,000–$150,000 + Equity, with final offers based on experience, skills, education, and geography.
