Director, Brand & Creative Production: Lead Our Visual Journey
As the Director, Brand & Creative Production, you’ll be at the forefront of Thyme Care’s visual identity. You’ll lead the evolution of our design function, overseeing a growing portfolio of strategic creative projects across all touchpoints โ from internal communications to patient-facing materials. This role offers the unique opportunity to scale a creative team, ensure design excellence, and build the infrastructure that supports efficient and consistent brand messaging.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for shaping our visual identity and design system while also contributing directly to key design deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
- Brand Leadership & Creative Experience: Evolve and champion our visual identity, ensuring consistency and empathy across all brand expressions.
- Web & Digital Presence: Lead the creative direction for our web properties, creating compelling and cohesive digital experiences.
- Campaign Execution: Own strategy and execution for high-impact campaigns across digital and physical channels, delivering emotionally resonant and high-performing creative.
- Lifecycle & System Design: Establish design standards across all lines of business, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Creative Team Mentorship & Resource Strategy: Lead and support a hybrid creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with various teams to translate business goals into impactful and empathetic creative.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in visual design, creative direction, or brand leadership, including 3+ years managing creative teams.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing designers, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and design skills across various formats.
- Experience balancing multiple workstreams and priorities, making informed decisions aligned with strategic goals.
- Strong project management skills, capable of reframing requests to protect creative quality and focus.
- Expertise in systems thinking and creative operations, building workflows and infrastructure for efficient design processes.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, clinical, and growth teams.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care is a plus.
