Are you a driven and experienced program manager passionate about driving growth initiatives? We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our organization.
About the Role
As a Growth Program Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our strategic growth efforts. You’ll be responsible for independently managing and executing growth programs, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to roadmap development, daily support, and strategy evolution. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Independently manage and execute Growth programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing programs to optimize performance.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to established timelines.
- Educate and socialize the team on program updates, providing valuable feedback to leadership.
- Own program status updates, facilitating workstreams to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing regular status updates and fostering strong working relationships.
- Gather and organize data to support projects, identifying opportunities to refine data processes and improve accuracy.
- Execute operational tasks to support the broader Growth collective, including marketing campaign processes, compliance, data cleanup, and reporting.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive program results reporting, providing insights into program performance.
- Conduct business analysis to support process development and evolution, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Define and implement a structured approach to Growth files, documents, and processes, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Document standard procedures and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
- Improve processes and tools utilized within the Growth Org, such as Wistia, Wrike, FMG, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud, defining guidelines and standards where applicable.
- Promote understanding and use of processes and tools, ensuring team members are equipped to effectively utilize resources.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales & marketing operations, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of broker-dealer and custodial platforms and investment products.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to train and coach others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality.
- Experience with Workday (preferred).
- A proven track record of project and program management success.
- A driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment.
- The ability to efficiently execute operational processes while managing a high volume of program planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
