Responsibilities

• Identify and validate customer needs from our evolving Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and be the voice of the customer in product development.
• Articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for internal and external audiences.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving landscape.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to maintain and prioritize our product roadmap.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive informed decisions.
• Work directly with customers to establish ROI and gather compelling case studies.

Minimum Qualifications

We’re looking for experienced product professionals who are ready to hit the ground running:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry (this is NOT an entry-level position).
• Proven experience with software product development for enterprise customers, ideally with experience managing products through multiple lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and work effectively across teams.
• Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Solid technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are a plus:

• Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jira.
• Technical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, and NER.
• Experience with unstructured data platforms.
• A portfolio of products you have directly contributed to, from ideation to production.
• A track record of launching successful products, especially in the healthcare space.
• Healthcare/healthtech experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, and other major EHR Systems.
• Familiarity with clinical research workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
