Responsibilities
- Identify and validate customer needs from our evolving Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and be the voice of the customer in product development.
- Articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving landscape.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to maintain and prioritize our product roadmap.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive informed decisions.
- Work directly with customers to establish ROI and gather compelling case studies.

Minimum Qualifications
We’re looking for experienced product professionals who are ready to hit the ground running:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry (this is NOT an entry-level position).
- Proven experience with software product development for enterprise customers, ideally with experience managing products through multiple lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and work effectively across teams.
- Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Solid technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience are a plus:
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jira.
- Technical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, and NER.
- Experience with unstructured data platforms.
- A portfolio of products you have directly contributed to, from ideation to production.
- A track record of launching successful products, especially in the healthcare space.
- Healthcare/healthtech experience.
- Familiarity with EPIC, Cerner, and other major EHR Systems.
- Familiarity with clinical research workflows.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
