What You’ll Do:
As our HR Director, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Leading the full-cycle recruiting process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires and building a robust talent pipeline.
- Learning & Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs to empower our employees and enhance their skills.
- Employee Relations: Proactively managing employee relations, addressing concerns with empathy and fairness, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Policy & Procedure: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and legal requirements.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that support our business goals, including workforce planning and forecasting.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, keeping our company protected and our employees informed.
- Performance Management: Overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to drive employee development.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- HR Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- A deep knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
