What You’ll Be Doing
As our Compensation Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and people managers to provide data-driven guidance on compensation trends, market positioning, and program effectiveness.
- Design and execute compensation programs, including leading annual review cycles involving market analysis, budget preparation, and data modeling.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to enhance systems and processes supporting compensation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, contributing your expertise to Lattice’s products by providing valuable feedback to our engineering, product, and design teams.
- Refine career frameworks and leveling guidelines to align with Lattice’s rapid growth and evolving organizational needs.
- Conduct cash and stock equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting to ensure market alignment and support our retention goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- 6-8+ years of experience in compensation, with a strong emphasis on analytics and program implementation.
- Solid understanding of equity compensation and market benchmarking processes.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep knowledge of compensation best practices, market trends, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility – you thrive on figuring out what needs to be done and taking initiative.
- A Bachelor’s degree (required); an advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) is preferred.
- Experience supporting fast-growing SaaS organizations (nice to have).
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual cash salary for this role ranges from $133,500 to $167,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
