Your Mission as a Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the research, planning, execution, and delivery of innovative features and products for our AI platform. Your primary mission will be to ensure the rapid and effective delivery of our product vision by:

• Gathering project functional requirements and anticipating needs.
• Conducting regular competitive landscape analysis to optimize strategies.
• Defining key success metrics to measure the impact of product launches and guide future development.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Product Requirements: Requirements gathering, Competitor market research, Acceptance criteria.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, Coordinate cross-functional teams, Monitor and track project progress, Conduct risk assessments.
• Design and Delivery: Wire-framing, Communicating design rationale, Answering developer’s questions.
• User Research: Contextual interviews, Surveys.
• Growth and Data: Define & measure impact of new features, Optimise & iterate.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience owning 0→1 product features, preferably in consumer, gaming, avatar, or creative tools.
• A strong grasp of visual user journeys, especially those involving user creation, customization, and interaction with digital identities.
• Ability to craft clear product specifications and collaborate effectively with AI, design, and engineering teams.
• Deep empathy for users and a focus on user experience.
• Experience with product discovery methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• A “doer” mindset with a bias for action.
• Comfortable with uncensored models and content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in virtual avatars, 3D fashion, digital self-expression, or AR/VR products.
• Familiarity with creative tooling (Figma, Canva, 3D editors, Unity, Unreal).
• Prior work in high-growth consumer apps, gaming, or UGC platforms.
• Exposure to working with ML/AI teams.
