You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development, underwriting, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our agency partners.

What You’ll Do:

    • Implement comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, workshops, and field support.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business growth.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective engagement, platform channel management, and conversion processes.
    • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess performance and ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
    • Analyze agent feedback and industry data to identify opportunities for product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Customer Service teams to align sales initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Utilize sales analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports for senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the P&C insurance industry (previous managerial or leadership experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
