As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in the full lifecycle of proposals, working collaboratively with subject matter experts to drive the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire proposal process, from RFP receipt to final submission, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage proposal response plans, schedules, and internal communications.
• Prepare compelling qualifications packages.
• Maintain and update corporate databases, ensuring accuracy of employee resumes, project information, client lists, certifications, and photography.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials for award submissions, exhibits, and company events.
• Support Business Development Managers and Senior Specialists in their marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Design.
• 2-4 years of experience with proposal requests.
• Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop a must!).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with OpenAsset (a plus, but not required).
