• Assigning ICD-10-CM and CPT codes accurately and consistently, adhering to established risk adjustment guidelines.
• Identifying coding discrepancies and providing constructive feedback to enhance model performance and user interface clarity.
• Supporting internal audits and compliance processes to uphold rigorous quality standards.
• Staying abreast of coding updates and regulatory changes to maintain current and precise practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Professional certification as a CPC, CCS, CRC, or equivalent credential.
• Proven experience in risk adjustment coding with a demonstrated track record of accuracy and reliability.
• In-depth understanding of clinical documentation and medical terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
