We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Member Experience Forecasting Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be the architect of our 24/7 support network’s success, ensuring we have the right resources in place to deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll leverage your expertise in demand forecasting, headcount planning, and resource allocation to optimize our support operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge contact center analytics processes and reporting. If you are passionate about using data to drive business outcomes, mitigate risks, and present compelling strategies to leadership, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do: Shaping the Future of Member Experience

  • Translate forecasted volumes into actionable staffing requirements, optimizing resource utilization while exceeding service level agreements.
  • Conduct in-depth “what-if” analysis and present insightful recommendations to Senior Leadership regarding staffing and budget impacts.
  • Dive deep into large datasets, uncovering patterns and trends, and transforming them into compelling insights for stakeholders.
  • Master business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to create stunning visualizations and reports that empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop clear, concise, and actionable executive-level reports and presentations on forecast accuracy, trends, and resource requirements.
  • Proactively provide regular updates to senior leadership on forecast performance, potential challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Embrace additional duties and assignments as needed to contribute to the team’s overall success.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise and Passion

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in workforce management, volume forecasting, and headcount planning within a multi-channel, multi-skill, high-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically forecasting support needs driven by the B2B sales lifecycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Deep expertise in WFM software and tools (e.g., CCForecast, Assembled, Calabrio, NICE, Verint).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that improve performance.
  • Proven ability to present complex data to executive leadership and influence decision-making through clear, strategic communication.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mastery of contact center and BI technologies (Zendesk, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, making timely decisions to address operational challenges.
  • A proactive and independent work style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
